All this means is that the president is the Chief Executive and can fire any department head they see fit. Just like every president before and every president to follow. That's it.

Dont worry, I'm sure he'll find a way to swamp this up too. It's like the Bayou came to D.C. to stay.

If the president has the right to fire to the head of this agency then it means that people who spend money most likely will never get the chance to get fraudulent coverage

Replacing the head guy doesn't kill the program.

Why would an intelligent person let alone a supreme court judge vote against protections for consumers, unless they are in the pockets of corporations, wealthy organizations, or u r a criminal republican

by Armin Burgos 4 days ago

Not consumer protection. Competition killing regulations.

The Constitution gives broad power for the executive to fire with in the executive. If the left/neocons don't like it, they can convince 75% of the population and states to change the Constitution. Also technically the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau violates Article I of the Constitution.

It just means that President has authority to fire the Head. It does not mean the program will be shut down. What kind of reporting is that?Biased too much?

by TheJuiceor 4 days ago

this is an agency under the executive power that had no oversight until now. And why are you worried about it, trump has 3 months to abuse it and then hillary can abuse it for her friends like you enjoy
